Your booking includes use of the entire property including bedrooms, linens, dishes to accommodate 30 people, charcoal grill, firewood, seven conference tables, three large rounds with seven chairs each, and use of Wi-Fi.

Pricing & Deposit

Weekend rental rates are $10,500 plus a 4% tax. A weekend consists of arrival Thursday and departure Sunday morning. A signed contract and non-refundable deposit of $3,500 is required to confirm a booking. Catering and outside rental fees apply.
