      From Birmingham

      Take US-280 E to Alexander City. Turn right onto AL-63 and go 6.5 miles. Make a slight right onto CR-11 / Willow Point Road. Willow Point gate will be at the end of the road. 

      From Montgomery

      Take US-231 N/AL-21 N through Wetumpka. Make a slight right onto AL-170 and go 12 miles. Turn left onto AL-63/Kowaliga Road, and continue for 15 miles. Turn left onto Willow Point Cut-off Road. Turn left and the Willow Point gate will be straight ahead.  

      From Atlanta

      Take I-85 S toward Montgomery, AL. Take the US-280 W, exit 58, toward Opelika. Turn right onto US-280 W and travel 40 miles to Alexander City. Turn left onto AL-63 and proceed 6.5 miles. Make a slight right on to CR-11/Willow Point Road. Willow Point gate will be at the end of the road.

  • Dress Code
    • Clubhouse Attire

      Members and guests should always be suitably attired while in the clubhouse. Tank tops, cut-offs, mid-drifts, and tattered clothing are not considered appropriate attire at the club. Swimsuits are allowed at the Stone Grille, with appropriate cover-ups. Shoes are always required. Members are reminded that they are responsible for their guests meeting the dress code of Willow Point G&CC at all times. 

      Ladies
      Of all ages may wear “appropriately fitted dress jeans or denim” of good taste in the main clubhouse, except for the Camellia Room. 

      Boys
      Under the age of 12 may wear jeans of good taste and condition in the main clubhouse, except for the Camellia Room. 

      Men
      Hats are not to be worn by gentlemen in the clubhouse except for the Pro Shop, Locker Room, and Stone Grille. 

      Golf Course Attire

      Members and their guests are not permitted to play golf or use the practice facilities without proper attire. Suitable golfing attire such as sport shirts, golf shorts and slacks are only acceptable. 

      Men
      Denim, swimming attire, cut-offs, tank tops, t-shirts, sweat suits, gym shorts, and tennis shorts are not permitted. Shorts should be knee length and shirttails should be worn inside trousers and shorts at all times. Collared shirts are preferred. 

      Women
      Denim, swimming attire, cut-offs, tank tops, halter-tops, sweat suits, gym shorts, tennis shorts, and tennis skirts are not permitted. Shorts and skirts should be knee length and shirttails should be worn inside trousers, shorts and skirts at all times. Collared shirts are preferred. 

      Spikeless
      Willow Point Golf & Country Club is a spikeless facility. Shoes of any kind displaying metal spikes are not permitted. Authorized spikeless or tennis shoes are acceptable.   

  • Villa Reservations & Policies
    • The Villas consist of thirty (30) rooms and five (5) community leisure rooms of overnight accommodation for the pleasure of all members and guests to use while visiting the Club. 

      A member must sponsor all non-member guests staying in the Villas. 

      Check in begins at 3:00 pm and check out is at 11:00 a.m. 

      All sponsored guests registered in the Villas shall have full membership privileges during their stay. During their stay, Villa guests may not invite non-member guests to the Club for use of the facilities. 

      Villa guests may pay for food, beverage, and merchandise via cash, credit, or room charge. Please coordinate when booking “groups” (more than four (4) villas) with the reservation office if the billing will be individual or a group master account. 

      Cancellation Policy 

      Individual Weekend Room Reservations
      Reservations made for Friday and Saturday night stays cancelled 72 hours prior to check in will incur no charge. Reservations cancelled within 72 hours will incur a charge of half-price the quoted rate. Reservations failing to notify the Club of cancellation will incur full charge of the quoted rate. 

      Individual Weekday Room Reservations
      Reservations made for Sunday through Thursday night stays cancelled 24 hours prior to check in will incur no charge. Reservations cancelled within 24 hours will incur a charge of half-price the quoted rate. Reservations failing to notify the Club of cancellation will incur full charge of the quoted rate. 

      Group Room Reservations
      Group reservations are categorized as occupying more than four (4) rooms. These rooms traditionally become reserved well in advance and any group rooms cancelled seven (7) days prior to check in will incur no charge. Rooms cancelled within seven (7) days will incur a charge of half-price the quoted rate. If the Club is able to rent the cancelled room(s) in the remaining time frame, the group will not be charged a cancellation fee. Reservations failing to notify the Club of cancellation will incur full charge of the quoted rate. 

      Property

      No member or guest shall take away any property away from the Villas or property belonging to the Club. Please refrain from personally displacing any existing indoor or outdoor furniture. 

      Club members shall be responsible for repair or replacement of any property of the Club, which is damaged or broken by them, their family, or guest. 

      Damage to Villa property, accidental or not, must be reported truthfully and quickly to ensure accurate assessment of repair or replacement. Failure to report any such damage before checkout and departure will result in an immediate invoice sent to the Club member for repair or replacement. 

      The Club shall not be responsible to members or guests for personal damaged or lost property in the Villas, the Club, or surrounding grounds. 

      General Rules

      Pets are not allowed unless authorized and for the purpose of handicapped assistance. Upon discovery of unauthorized pets in the Villas, $100 plus pet damages will be assessed to the room bill. 

      Absolutely no parties or loud music permitted while staying at the Villas. 

      There is no smoking allowed in all sleeping rooms and leisure rooms at the Villas. Smoking is permitted outdoors in any gathering area such as the leisure room patios. Please discard in the designated receptacles. 

      Personal coolers containing outside food or beverage of any kind is not permissible on Club grounds without the approval of Club management. The Club will have coolers available for all members and guests requiring them to store purchased goods while on the grounds. Failure to comply with this policy will result in notifying Security. 

      The Board of Directors shall fix fees for use of the Club facilities by guests or others from time to time. A sponsoring member shall be responsible for both the actions and charges incurred by their guest staying at the Villas.
